Questions
- How do I pay for Pro?
- By card, on Paystack’s secure payment page. TeacherStudio never sees your card number. Upgrade any time in Settings → Plan and usage.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time in Settings. You won’t be charged again, and Pro stays on until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
- What happens to my work if I stop paying?
- Nothing is deleted. Your Library, timetable, planning and reminders stay yours on the free plan, and you can still open and print everything. Pro tools, editing and Word downloads stop until you upgrade again.
- What counts as an AI creation?
- Each document you create: a lesson plan, worksheet, test, version in Afrikaans and so on. Editing, downloading and sharing what you’ve made don’t count. Allowances start again on the 1st of every month.
- What’s the difference between Free and Pro?
- Free has your timetable, calendar, reminders, five everyday tools (lesson plans, worksheets, homework, games and parent letters) and print or PDF. Pro adds the week and term planners, tests with memos and the other assessment tools, editing, Word downloads, versions, web answers and the video finder, and a much bigger monthly allowance.
- My school wants to pay for all of us
- Schools get one plan for all their teachers, paid by invoice, with the school’s letterhead on every download. Ask for a quote.
- Do I need an invite?
- During the beta, yes: you need an invite or school code to create an account. Beta testers keep using TeacherStudio free.
